Welcome to Waikoloa Beach Villas K22! This charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with lanai and BBQ will make you never want to leave The Gold Coast! The Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community within walking distance of the Queen’s and King’s Shops. There are many beautiful golf courses and beaches in this area. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. This unit also has a garage full of beach gear.Interested in Golfing? Guests staying in our unit will receive discounted rates of $75 per person plus tax prior to 9:00 a.m. and $50 per person plus tax after 9:00 a.m. Rental Clubs are $25 per set plus tax. All you folks have to do is book and pay on Waikoloa Golf We look forward to your stay!**Other things to note:All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponges, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, and toilet paper.
