Has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has a queen and a twin bed. The Living Room has a sofa sleeper, loveseat and chair. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. This condo features WIFI and cable TV programming in every room.Also, the Clearwater Beach Recreational Complex is at the end of the block. From March – October the impressive Family Aquatic Center is open with its water playground area. The Recreational Complex is open all year round. The complex has a fitness center, three lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball/pickleball court and many other amenities for a small daily admission fee.The 2nd-floor condo is accessible by stairs only. No elevator.5 Night Minimum Rentals except for dates listed below:7 Night Minimum Rental for Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving weeks.
