Downstairs has front gated patio and large picnic table, Dutch door, 10 foot ceilings, many windows, wood floors, dining table for 8, kitchen bar seating area, side patio with BBQ, 60″ TV, kitchen with new appliances, white quartz countertops, bathroom with walk-in shower, two car garage.Upstairs are three large bedrooms – Master bedroom has a CA King, couch, desk/chair, large master bathroom, walk-in shower, dual quartz vanities, large soaking tub, walk-in closet.Guest room has a Queen size bed, and 32″ smart TV.The Back room has Full/Full bunk beds, 40″ smart TV for a great kids’ room and gaming area.Upstairs bathroom, laundry room with new washer/dryer, and third floor Rooftop Deck has partial bay and beach viewsThe house is walking distance to popular restaurants, bars and the Newport Pier.General Info:Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.**All reservations are subject to owner approval**Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises.
