The first floor has an open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has stunning quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel GE appliances and a large island. It has everything you need for cooking up your favorite dishes and entertaining. It is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, dishes, & glasses. You’ll also find a bar area complete with stemware, highball glasses, wine opener, etc.and a coffee/tea bar that can accommodate a drip-style coffee or K-cups.There is a large Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bath. There is also a mudroom with a washer and dryer – the perfect place to hang the sandy towels from a day at the beach. There is also a half bath on this level.Upstairs:When you walk up the stairs there is a great bonus space perfect for kids to hang out, play games, read a book or relax from a day at the beach. There is a Master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other has a stand-alone full-sized bed and a bunk bed, that comfortably sleeps 4.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire house during the duration of your stay with the exception of owners’ closets, which will be locked.You will be emailed a keypad code and instructions for self-check-in within 24 hours of arrival.Check-in is 4 PM and Check out is 10 AM.There is plenty of street parking available and an outside plug to charge your golf cart if you rent one.Safety & SecurityRing cameras are located in the front and rear of the home.*Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours to complete the reservation* The lawn is maturing this season as this is a new build
