Automatic whole house generator in case of power outages.Inside includes brand new modern kitchen including Thermador Range, Sub Zero Refrigerator, Miele Dishwasher, Thermador Microwave, and electronic Kohler kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. 10-person dining room table, 30 bottle Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, new couch and chair in main room, electronic shades in main room and bedrooms, luxury mattresses in each bedroom, high speed wired and wireless Internet, large TVs with Internet TV and Sonos sound systems in main area and each bedroom, desk in master bedroom with back up battery power and printer/scanner.Outside includes unbelievable sunset views and nighttime stargazing, lots of parking, large private grass areas, basketball hoop, tree swing, propane gas grill (propane provided), fire-pit (wood provided) with stone apron and seating, large outdoor shower, foot wash by main entrance. Note: No access to Garage will be provided.Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, and Beach Toys will be provided.Local attractions include children’s morning program (fee per child), tennis courts, basketball courts, and modern kids’ playground (extra fee required, need to join Goose Rocks Beach Association (GRBA) short term membership for access to morning program and facilities (https://gooserocksbeachassociation.org)).10 Minute drive to historic downtown Kennebunkport with lots of shopping, site seeing, restaurants, and attractions.
