It’s unusual, but in the event, that the pool heater is malfunctioning, a refund will be issued for the heating charges.Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $1,500.00 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, and damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.A propane grill is available for guests, use it at your own risk.
