This inviting 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for snowbirds and has great monthly rates. Free WIFI throughout property and satellite TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. It also includes a direct walk out to the backyard which has a gorgeous custom designed heated pool and 5 fruit trees! Both guest rooms both have a queen bed and a warm decor. There are three flat screen TV’s in the house, as well as a sound system in the living room and outside. Kitchen is fully updated and has everything you could need including: coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The covered lanai is a great place to eat dinner, or you can choose to eat in the kitchen the modern dining table with seating for 6. The pool is heated (upon request $)and has a shallow end for children. Pool comes with an umbrella and in pool seating for those blazing hot Arizona days. The home also has a wood burning firepit outside, pool toys and floaties. NO LIFE JACKETS on premises.
