It features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest and a wide closet with hangers. Our second bathroom has a standing shower.Unwind in our balcony, which offers an outdoor table and 5 stackable chairs, and enjoy our incredible views of the ocean and the vast coastline.Enjoy high speed WIFI throughout the whole apartment.Linens and towels are provided as well as a beach buggy with 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, also beach/pool towels for every guest and a small cooler.Additionally, the apartment has a newly designated covered parking space for one vehicle within the parking garage of the condo, located very close to the garage door and service elevator. Also, $15/20valet parking for second car is available on premises.For your convenience, there is a laundry room with washers and dryers on each floor located next to the main elevators and we provide a laundry card, which guests may recharge at the kiosk in the lobby.The condominium has a fully equipped fitness center and a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool with gazebos, sunshades, and loungers. There is also a tennis court on premises for guest free use upon reservation at the front desk.
