The first floor also has a half bath.The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and views of Provincetown Harbor from three sides. Depending on which window you look out of, you can see the sunrise, the sunset and Pilgrim Monument. Relax on the balcony deck and take in the expansive water view while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a night cap in the evening. The second floor has beautiful bathroom with marble counter tops, tiled shower and washer/dryer. A ductless split unit air conditioner cools the second floor.Although Provincetown is filled with plenty of fun things to see and do, you may not want to leave the fully-enclosed, private deck complete with teak table and seating for 6, pair of steamer loungers, umbrellas and Weber grill. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
