Up the white and open staircase you are met by a stunning sea grass wall of book cases. This floor has two ocean front rooms; the master with King bed, 55″ Smart TV, glass walled bathroom and a soaking tub complete with an ocean view. The second front bedroom is currently arranged as a sitting room as it offers spectacular views of the sunsets. It has a pull out sofa bed that can either sleep one adult or two children. The area directly in front of the house is home to world class kite surfing and volleyball and the area one short block behind the home is the beautiful Bay, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, picnics with the family or a sunset glass of wine. Walking distance to 2nd street where you will find wonderful restaurants and shops and a short drive to incredible dining at 2nd & PCH. Just a 10 minute drive and you are in Orange County, 20 miles to Disneyland and about the same to Fashion Island.
