Master bedroom has large bathroom with beautiful tiled shower. 4 bedrooms are located upstairs – there are 3 king beds and 1 queen bed. There is an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette downstairs with its own separate entrance. There are lakes and walking paths throughout the safe, quiet, neighborhood. Enjoy the large back patio with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Tranquil and relaxing all year around. There are 2 outdoor grills and plenty of patio seating on the very large patio overlooking the lake and waterfall. There are adorable ducks and turtles you don’t want to miss!Community pool/hot tub just a short walk away, as well as community tennis courts. This is a place you can be comfortable and feel at home. washer/dryer – free to use – located in the garage.The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking for a large group.
