This beautiful house has three+ bedrooms, a study with washer/dryer, a large living room, dining room and kitchen, a three-season porch and gorgeous patio, 1.5 baths, and a large, mostly fenced yard. Parking for two cars in driveway. House is located within walking distance to both downtown Kittery and downtown Portsmouth, NH- hundreds of restaurants, art venues, concerts, and more are right around the corner.For the last few years I have traveled around the country and the world staying in other people’s homes. It’s time to share my own wonderful place! :)Home is perfect for get-togethers or reunions but is not a party house… noise ordinance requires quiet by 11:00.
