Lovely, newly remodeled gulf side unit which can accommodate 5 people has 1 bedroom /1 bathroom and is located in a beautiful tropical resort Cabana Beach Club nested just on the white beaches of charming Longboat Key. It is perfect as a romantic getaway or for family vacation.Washer and dryer in the unit.The unit has everything you may want and need!!! Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances, new fridge ,all cookware and utensils and plenty of cabinet space.King size bed in the master bedroom and sleepers sectional in the living room as well as a single bed pullout chair so it can comfortably accommodate 5 guests total. Linens and towels are provided. The whole unit is nicely remodeled with Florida beach decor, creating the perfect vacation ambiance.There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom, High Speed Internet,WIFI and cable .Starter supply of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent is provided for all of the guests.Guests have a direct access to the beach and heated pool, which is just in front of the condo. Guests may also use a boat or fishing dock, boat slips can be rented at an additional fee.Longboat Key – on the most beautiful island in the Gulf of Mexico! Great place to relax, enjoy the sun and the beach. Go for a walk on the white sandy beaches, enjoy the sunset, do a yoga at sunrise, take a swim in the warm turquoise water then lounge under the umbrella and watch the dolphins play and manatees, try out fishing and barbecue on the beach.Cabana Beach Club’s location is convenient to restaurants, shops, bicycle, boat and water sport rentals, Sarasota ‘s restaurants, evening life, culture events are just couple miles away, as well as the well known St. Armand’s Circle, with its vibrating life.
