Newer stainless steel kitchen appliances, wood stove, light fixtures, and granite slab breakfast bar invite you to make this your home away from home.Whether you’re looking to experience a warm summer on Lake Tahoe, enjoy an adventurous winter at famous ski resorts, or relax in a beautiful home in the mountains, this home has something for everyone!The BBQ is only open during the summer. The garage is not for guest use.This home comes with 2 passes to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center offering access to a swimming pool, tennis court, and golf course. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter but the lap pool and hot tub are open year round. Each pass allows 4 guests entry, although there is an additional daily guest fee at the time of entry at the Rec Center.**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk.
