The handsome open Kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances and cooking tools for the chef-enthusiast. There are 2 bedrooms, separated by private hallways, each bedroom with a high quality King bed and accompanying bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers. Enjoy climate-controlled mini-split air-conditioning during hot spells or thermostatically controlled heat as needed, plus the evening warmth of the Living Room’s gas fireplace. Out front – relax under the pergola adjacent the stone driveway which provides one on-site parking space. Off the rear dining area open sliding glass doors to enjoy the home’s very private garden terrace – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine.
