There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of order and are expected to be available in early 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small.
