The entrance into the Chaparral community is breath taking.This 18 hole private executive course is nicknamed “the Little Monster” and has driving range, and 9 hole putting course. Renter’s golf packages are available.It’s an active community with tennis and Pickleball courts and clubs, lights allow evening play. There is a modern gym, and great restaurant in clubhouse.Our unit is located on the 8th hole, it’s a quiet unit with no golf path in front. Patio has barbecue and views of water features.It is a spacious updated 3 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms with jetted tubs. It has a sofa bed in one guest room and comfortably sleeps 8. It’s clean, uncluttered, and has comfortable living room furniture and beds. Cable is provided.The kitchen is well equipped for cooks and bakers. New Bosch dishwasher and fridge.The pool and hot tub across the street have pretty Mountain View’s. There is also a pitch and putt area across the street.We bike and hike a lot, there are bike paths From Chaparral and many wonderful hiking paths near and lots of great road and mountain biking. There are lots of lemon, grapefruit and tangerine trees in community that are delicious!The perimeter walk is a great way to start the day and take in the gorgeous mountain views. You will love this place and it’s friendly vibes.
