Wood flooring spans the living and dining areas. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat screen TV. Off the living area, you’ll find a breakfast table to one side, and a second dining table to the other. The kitchen is furnished with stainless appliances and unique blue tiled countertops.A screened-in porch can be accessed through the living area, and the pool deck can be accessed through doors in the living room and master bedroom. This large pool deck was remodeled in 2017, and the uniquely shaped pool will provide hours of fun in the sun!Also on the first floor is the master bedroom. This oversized room features floor to ceiling windows, a king bed, flat screen TV and a private master bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity.A queen guest bedroom is also located on the main level. This room features wood flooring and has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.Up a set of stairs by the entrance, you’ll find the two remaining guest bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Across the second floor landing, you’ll find a guest room with two full beds and a sectional sofa.
