Walking distance to Safeway grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Target, and many other stores. A short distance to lots of hiking and biking trails in and near the Superstition Mountains. 20 minutes to the Saguaro Lake. Take the family tubing down the salt River. 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.The home has everything you need – just show up with your suitcase of personal items. The kitchen is heavily stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware. Don’t be afraid to stay in and cook a night at home. There is also a full size grill on the patio along with 2 tables that seat a total of 8, if you are looking to enjoy the beautiful Arizona warm weather.Plenty of clean towels and bed sheets for everyone! There is a full size washer/dryer free of charge to minimize your suitcase size or do some washing before you head home.The heated community pool and hot tub are just around the corner from this unit. Grab some pool towels that are provided and walk over.This is a great property that does not disappoint! I own/manage several more units in this complex to accommodate smaller and larger groups.This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well. The library is about a 5 minute drive.***Please inquire if interested in a unit in the Mesa area as I have several in the area.
