It is beautiful, with a sparkling swimming pool (heated year round), jacuzzi, sauna, and countless other amenities. You can also use the amenities complimentary at the brand new Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino with stunning amenities, restaurants, within feet away.. The amenities they have on site are: tennis courts (complimentary), pool (complimentary), spa/gym (extra fee), and much more.There is no additional fee for the use of our Resort Amenities or the Amenities of the Cosmopolitan: Access to the Bamboo Pool and Boulevard Pool at the Cosmo is complimentary as well as the Spa and Tennis Courts. Amenities of the Jockey Club: Pool, Gym, Spa, etc are all included in the rental rate as well and there are no additional fees.We have 6 individual beds in the Penthouse suite to accommodate 2 people luxuriously or a group of people getting together.We have complimentary WIFI in the suite as well as the latest technological toys.We are located directly on the strip next to the Bellagio Hotel and the Cosmpolitan. We are located at 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (Bellagio Hotel is at 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).Walk to the new City Center/Mandarin Oriental/Aria and much more!!! Access to the Monorail.There’s also valet parking on-site for $5/day or you can park your own car complimentary as well. We share parking with the Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.The two bedroom, two bath, penthouse suite would allow you to comfortably have up to eight people here. 2 queen beds in the master, 1 queen bed in the guest room, 2 full beds, and ample space throughout including an additional extra custom made bed if needed.
