Description

Xanadune is our wonderful eclectic 80’s beach cottage on beautiful Harbor Island. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh and Atlantic ocean from the huge living room and the cozy glassed in Carolina room. The house is private and secluded with the beach and pool only a quick bike or golf cart ride away.3 large bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to 7 people. The large kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area making for wonderful family memories.Out back is a nice deck and fenced in area.Harbor Island is a wonderful private island with a large community pool, tennis courts, fishing docks, kids playground and fitness area. The neighborhood streets are bike and golf cart friendly. Harbor Island’s private beach is wide and sandy with calm waters and tidal pools. You can also use our yearly pass for Hunting Island State Park to enjoy surfing the waves and climbing the light house.** Pet fee is $200 per booking. Please add it to your reservation.** Please note that the cost of the first vehicle parking pass is included in the booking .
