Come enjoy this beautifully remodeled, ground-level condo at your next tropical vacation with amazing resort amenities! Located in South Kihei, Kamaole Sands is set amid beautiful tropical gardens with waterfalls, ponds, fountains, and expansive green lawns. This 14-acre vacation resort has all of the amenities you would expect including a large gated pool with lounge chairs, adult hot-tub, children’s pool and hot-tub, gym, covered and free-to-use gas grills, and four tennis courts. Our Maui condo is located on the ground floor in Building 10 and are some of closest units to the beach with partial ocean and sunset views from the lanai (porch in Hawaiian). Directly across the street is Kamaole Sands Beach Park III, a safe and scenic grassy park overlooking a picturesque beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. Guests are able to take advantage of easy access to Wailea, home of exclusive shopping and world-class golf courses, and beachfront walking paths that extend the length of Wailea overlooking the prettiest beaches on Maui. The condo is also just a short walk to local restaurants with fresh catches of the day, fantastic lunches spots, shopping, groceries, water sport rentals, scooter rentals, and Maui’s famous cinnamon rolls. Other amazing amenities include diving, whale watching, boat rentals, and snorkeling excursions to Molokini Crater that launch directly from the Kihei Boat Ramp just a 2-minute walk away.After a long day of relaxation or fun adventures, guests come home to a updated vacation rental featuring granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, walk-in glass showers, two smart TVs, reading materials, games, Hawaii cook books, and free internet. The open living area has been professionally decorated aiming to provide a comfortable, tropical and tasteful space to relax in. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are located in both the main bedroom and living room for the ultimate escape from those extra-hot beach days.For our Canadian guests the internet phone in the bedroom allows unlimited free calls to Canada, excluding the northern territories.You will have exclusive use of parking space #66 which is very close to the condo.Upon a successful booking, bookings will be shared with our booking manager partner, Maui Condo. Maui Condo is responsible for sharing check-in and check-out instructions, WiFi, guest information, and guests needs during their stay. Due to the nature of travel, cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to occupancy in order to receive a full 100% refund including taxes and fees.
