Yes, the pool gets sun light from mid-morning to late afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 86 – 88 degrees. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach!What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact an absentee owner to address any issues.How close are you to the beach? About a 6-8 minute bike ride or a 10-15 minute walk!Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach?
