The resort is located in a highly desired area for Myrtle Beach visitors – come enjoy!Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters + creamers, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.Entry: Complex Elevator Available! 12th floor. Self check-in with keypad.Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, coffee machine that uses filter, silverware, plates, etc.Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.Bedroom 1: King bed. Balcony access. Bathroom attached.Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.Bedroom 3: Queen bed.Bathroom 2: Hallway access.Balcony: Private balcony with direct oceanfront views.Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.Washer/Dryer: Private, in-unit, machines.Water Amenities: HOA owned and operated. All of the water amenities, with the exception of 2 outdoor pools are heated (there are outdoor pools that are heated). Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.Guest Access:Guests will have the condo to themselves.
