The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size on the bottom and a twin size on the upper for the kids to enjoy. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed and with a large closet for storage. There is also another full hall bathroom and a 1/2 bath available. The fourth and final bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining full bathroom including a soaking tub!This home is surrounded by a large grassy area and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy as well as a huge back deck with natural pathway leading to the ocean! For those guests who prefer, you can also use the beach access with boardwalk just two houses over. Very close and convenient!This home has everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation with family and friends! Whether you choose to explore Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, sunbathe on the decks or venture out for a day at the beach, we look forward to your visit!**For larger families/friend groups that are traveling together, we also manage the oceanfront property just next door.
