Watch the beautiful sunrise over Hapuna Beach while drinking coffee on your private lanai, or put on a swimsuit and take a short stroll down to the beach, or the world class amenities available at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort. This slick, modern, well-located and cleanly decorated villa will impress even the most seasoned Big Island traveler.B47 is a 1-bedroom unit located on the top (4th) floor of the most oceanfront building at the Westin Hapuna Resort. This luxurious 1-bedroom features a king-size bed, modern Italian furnishings and boasts one of the best views in the development. B47 is complete with a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, a walk-in closet, and a washer and dryer in the unit. The lanai doors completely retract with a glass safety rail to invite in the outdoors and a front-row beachfront experience.Guests of Hapuna Beach Residences B47 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $60/day in 2024 (2025 rates have yet TBD & are subject to change) + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.** Please note that the family pool deck retiling at the Westin Hapuna Hotel will be in progress from May 17, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Work hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The pool work will be done in sections so the pool will remain open. Noise may be audible during certain phases of this project and we will keep you informed of any changes as soon as we have it.Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The hotel is not planned to be closed entirely – instead the renovation will occur in sections which may, at times, cause interruptions to golf, tennis and hotel services. Please contact the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel- (808) 882-7222 – for more specific information about access during your travel dates. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025.
