You avoid the parking reservation system now enforced at the resort and the hour-long traffic backups during the holidays from Truckee. The gondola is 200 steps from the entry to the condo. You’ll check in at the East West Hospitality front desk at the upper roundabout, where you’ll get hotel-style key cards and one underground parking pass. Overflow parking is available on a first come, first served basis, and is easy to come by most of the time. A variety of amenities are located just steps away-including restaurants and bars, retail shops, a movie theater, gym, hot tubs, a steam room and year-round heated pool, and an ice-skating rink.
