Upstairs there are a play room with TV; a master and two guest bedrooms, all with queen size beds (one can be changed to two twin size beds); a shared guest bathroom and a large, luxurious master bath (en-suite). All bedrooms have large closets and dressers. A front porch and a large and private rear deck with outdoor kitchen. The house was recently renovated and tastefully furnished with a mix of classic modern pieces and antiques. Completely equipped with high-end linens, beach towels, china set for twelve, etc.The detached and completely renovated poolhouse has a double height living room, a large bedroom with queen size bed and two day-beds, and a full bathroom.Enjoy a few laps in the 42 foot brand new gunite pool (heated, salt water system), then relax and sunbathe in the very private garden.
