Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board along with a half bath, reading nook, living and dining room make up main living floor.Take the wide open staircase up to two bedrooms (queen beds), hall bath, linen closet, and primary bedroom (king bed, TV) with en-suite bathroom (claw foot tub and separate shower), and a large deck with comfy lounge. Wall to wall closets in all bedrooms. Gorgeous hardwood oak floors. Two system HVAC maintains a cool temperature during summer and warmth in the winter.On the ground floor is keyless entry, access to the garage, hall closet, bathroom with tub/shower, and large bedroom/TV room with bunk beds and sofa bed. A utility room can also be used as extra bedroom (full bed). The garage has beach items.Wifi and three smart TVs are in living room, primary bedroom and large bedroom on the ground floor. Using ROKU, bring your Netflix, Hulu or Disney access and you’re all set.A short 5-7 min walk to the best beach in Virginia Beach – the North End, where you can spend your day swimming, reading, walking along the ocean front, waves lapping around your ankles! Or for the more adventurous grab a body board and ride the accessible waves.Perhaps you prefer to hike in First State Park, with entrances a block away, or a short drive to the Oceanfront Resort area for nightlife and bustle.
