Located in a protected cove with calm water so you can swim, paddle board or kayak without worry. Curbside boat docking makes loading and unloading a breeze!Plenty of space inside (2,315sqft) and out. Updated open floor plan interior with panoramic windows to soak it all in. Windows come equipped with motorized solar shades when privacy is desired. Utility room with full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. TV’s are equipped with Rokus so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc account.Many amenities close by including golf, the yacht club, fishing, boating etc. The marina shop is just a short walk away and offers boat and paddle board rentals as well as tackle and bait. We are on one of Lake Conroe’s favorite fishing spots!The yacht club provides gorgeous sprawling views of Lake Conroe, pool access as well as fantastic dining.
