New in the market, recently updated with all new beatifull furniture.Enjoy having a meal or a drink in the lanai with the breathtaking views of the canals.For the boater aficionado, access to the gulf is only 10 minutes away. If you enjoy golfing Marco is surrounded by golf courses. And of course, you have the most beautiful white sandy beaches only 5 minutes from the house.House has 3 bedrooms, 1 den and 3 baths & 2 car garage.Master bedroom has a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with 2 his and hers side for extra comfort. Guest bedroom number one has a queen bed, guest bedroom number two has 2 bunk beds. In the den you will find a big screen TV for those afternoons of movie watching.The house has a lanai to keep any mosquitos away. In the lanai there is a Pool with a spa that are heated by an electric heater and the temperature can be set up to 100 F., you will also find a recently installed outdoor kitchen with a new BBQ and fridge.Please note that unfortunately once booked, we do not offer refunds.
