Gorgeous views & quiet location with 2 BD & 2 BAThis stylish oceanfront condo (Lighthouse Point Beach Club/24B) is located on the quieter northern end of Tybee. The complex offers private access and boardwalk to the beach. It is a second-floor unit which provides perfect views of the ocean, dolphins and cargo ships, going by. Enjoy sitting on the large deck facing the beach with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.**Note: There is no elevator and it is located on the second floor.**A few other notes: We provide “start up” supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it.We are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! If it’s cooler months, they are trying to escape the cold too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-“the palmetto” bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis.Ask about our End of Season Special BEFORE booking. Stay 3 nights, get 4th free! Beginning September 4th, 2023-December 31st.
