It’s across from Laite Beach, a town park right on the harbor, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, with a view of the harbor through trees across the street. You’re also just over a half-mile to Megunticook Lake and less than 75 miles to Acadia National Park.Harbor House A is a completely renovated, classic Maine village colonial. Inside, you’ll find comfortable, casual decor in a relaxed setting with natural hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and Berber carpeting upstairs. There is a small shared yard, a private driveway, and a side deck.THINGS TO KNOWThe woodstove is not operational.A two-bedroom apartment vacation rental is attached at the back left corner with only one wall in common.There is a seven-night minimum stay.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
