This gorgeous mountain home has all the best Tahoe City has to offer – an ideal West Shore location with short distances to town, the beach, and the bike path. This three-level, bright and airy house has beautiful views from the living room, kitchen, back deck, and bedrooms of the surrounding forest and stunning Lake Tahoe. The deck has a gas BBQ, patio table, and plenty of chairs for entertaining friends, while inside offers lots of gathering spaces for your vacationing needs.The living room has a flat screen TV (Streaming only) and a wood burning fireplace along with a game table with a cozy lake view seating area just off of the living room. The open,well equipped kitchen with bar and stools overlooking the living room is perfect for entertaining. It has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with modern kitchen conveniences. The dining room table seats six, with two additional kings chairs and a leaf to extend the table for guests. There is also a half bathroom on living room level for your convenience. The kitchen and family rooms are located on the main level with hardwood floors and stone throughout.The home offers three bedrooms all situated on the second level as well as access to the hottub on the deck off of the main master bedroom. There is a smaller room located downstairs that can serve as a fourth bedroom or playroom for kids.Rm#1: King Suite has flat screen TV, small deck with lake views, and jetted tub with a separate shower. Access to hottub on lower deck.Rm#2: Twin bunk on top and Full/queen bed on bottom with bathroom across the hallway.Rm#3: King Suite with private bathroom.Smaller bonus Rm#4: Bunk bed with two twins and laundry room off of it.The home has a total of three levels with hardwood floors, carpet and hydronic heated stone throughout.
