Two master suite condo on the island of Siesta Key with unparalleled beautiful views on the fifth floor!This lovely condo provides one of the best views in the building. The glass enclosed lanai with full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provides bright morning sun and pleasant soft sun light during the afternoon with excellent view of the bay, marina, tennis courts and heated swimming pool. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been newly renovated with granite countertops. The unit is in a 7 story building, gated community, sitting on the 5th floor facing South East. An exercise room is available to guests and is located on the first floor. A small office area is set up on the first floor of the building with staff for package receiving, fast connection and communication.Located on the island of Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida. Situated by intercoastal waterway, three blocks away from the #1 rated beach in the United States, Siesta Key Beach. It is a ten minute walk from the beach and provides convenient access to the intercoastal waterway (Kayak rack and boat slips are available). The Siesta Key Village is about 20-25 minute walk and has many restaurants and shops. Sarasota SCAT bus#11 stops in front of the building, the beach, the village and to the mainland grocery stores, etc. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!****** PLEASE NOTE:Due to the hurricane, the following amenities are temporarily unavailable: The social room, and the ground floor bathrooms.
