Grand Adobe – 28 Guests, 11 Bedrooms, Heated PoolSummary:The Historic Grand Adobe Hacienda comfortably hosts 28 guests. The Estate consists of an 8,000 sq ft main house and 4 casitas, all enclosed in a private gated courtyard encompassed by large fountains and lush landscape thought the property. This is truly a one of a kind property! La Hacienda was built in 1922, and is one of the original estates in Phoenix. With all of the rooms and separate casitas, the Estate is perfect for Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions, or large group stays.The Space:The estate boasts 11 bedrooms, 9 of which have their own private bathrooms plus 2 bonus rooms that are set up as 2 additional private bedrooms making 13 total bedrooms if the optional bonus rooms are added (additional fees required). The Master Bedroom is its own oasis at 1100 sq ft with its own sitting area and covered balcony. There is a sun room with private doors and blackout shades within the La Paz unit that we have an optional roll away bed option as well as an extra day bed that can be set up. Lastly we have a pull out Queen bed in a private room that can also be added for an additional fee. We charge $50/per guest over 24 per night. Or if you are under 24 guests but want the additional beds (Pull away, day bed, or pull out queen) for additional sleeping options, you can add each for $100 per bed for the entire reservation to cover the labor and additional laundry. The entire home is divided into separate living quarters with 4 detached casitas. The pool is also surrounded by a pool gate for safety. The pool is heated to 82 degrees – however please note in the cooler months the temperature can fluctuate due to weather and the heater’s ability to hold the heated temperature.- Comfortably sleeps up to 28 guests- 11 Bedrooms, 8 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin, 1 Twin Daybed, 1 Twin Rollaway, 1 Queen Sofa Bed.- 10.5 bathrooms- Large gated parking court with room for multiple vehicles, approximately 10-15 vehicles.- 5 stocked kitchens w/ 7 drip coffee machines, 1 K-Cup machine and 1 Espresso machine.- Multiple Living rooms throughout the property.- Fenced heated swimming pool, BBQ grill, and lawn games.Large backyard and multiple outdoor patios.- For safety, the indoor fireplaces are not operable.Note:- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We do allow special events (ie weddings) for up to 50 people. An additional fee and regulations are required for any such event.- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).- NO PETSGuest Access:Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the two garages that are used for owner’s storage, you may park in front of the garages if needed.The Neighborhood:Perfectly located in the heart of Arcadia. Arcadia is one of the most desirable and expensive neighborhoods in Arizona. You will be walking distance to many delicious eateries and just a short drive to an abundance of shopping and dining options. Old Town Scottsdale is a straight shot and only 10 minutes away by car. Shopping malls are also minutes away, like the Biltmore Fashion Park (24th Street & Camelback, Phoenix) or the Scottsdale Fashion Square (Scottsdale Road & Camelback, Scottsdale). A short drive will also get you to downtown Phoenix or to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in about 15 minutes.Getting Around:The neighborhood is very walkable with a few great restaurants close by as well as a park for little ones to play. Otherwise, we recommend car and bike to get around.Other Things to Note:- Note, this is a gated property with a private courtyard for parking. The entire exterior of the property (including the pool area) is under 24/7 video surveillance and recording. There is no lifeguard on duty.- Reminder, Arizona is in a desert and although we have Pest Service, you may see native bugs including scorpions and spiders on the property.- AAP Landscaping comes every Wednesday between 10am-2pm. Pool service happens multiple times a week by Radiance Pools. Both will let themselves into the property and service. We do our best to keep the property in excellent condition for you! Please inquire before your stay if you believe this will be an issue during your visit.- Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order and in the location it was found upon arrival. If OVR must move furniture back to its original place after checkout, guests are subject to moving charges ($200 minimum) as a result.- We have landscapers, pest service, and pool service. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.- TV’s are smart TVs with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.Interaction with Guests:We are available whenever needed!
