This 3BR, ground level house, is just steps to Siesta Key Beach, #1 Beach in the USA, 2011 & 2014 located on the “Heart” of Siesta Key’s Grand Canal.” Romantics, etc., click on VRBO property “location.” Walk, bike, kayak, or take one of the many FREE beach ride services to the beach, Siesta Village shops, dining and night life. Walk to the end of the street and you’re on the middle of the world famous Siesta Key beach. Go left is the main public beach, go right and you have a lot less people. Enjoy the sun, sand, surf, fishing, and privacy, featuring a large master bedroom with a King Size Bed, private bath w 2 sinks including vanity area. Master BR has balcony overlooking the pool, canal, and lanai with lanai access. The Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, etc. 3rd bedroom has a new bunk bed with full size and twin size beds. Two Cribs, Deluxe Cots, Air Mattresses, and stroller are available upon request. Large living/great room with dining area including large dining table with 8 chairs and King/Queen’s (Or Princes’ & Pincesses’) throne. Complete kitchen for cooking and entertaining. My Family has lived at the house and with many repeat guests you’ll find the kitchen is equipped with most everything you could possibly need. Screened Lanai has ping pong table, plenty of pool and beach toys, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler, fishing equipment., etc. There are two water misters/fans to cool down the ambient temperature around the pool. Custom pool and hot tub is heated, if you want. Pool depth from 9″ (baby pool) -5.5′ deep. Perfect for teaching children (and adults) to swim. Fenced yard along with manicured mangroves along the canal ensure a high degree of privacy. Optional Boat Lift & Dock directly behind the house.
