Description

The Wailea resort is located at 155 Wailea Ike Drive and is considered by many to be the most desirable spot on Maui.We recently completed a kitchen renovation, new flooring through our and a remodeled bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.Grand Champions 50 is a top floor unit, on the end of the building, with two bedrooms and two baths. The location provides a relaxing atmosphere but it is only minutes away from all the amenities of the Wailea resort amenities and the Wailea resort beaches and hotels. There is no elevator.This spacious non-smoking condo has 1,142 interior square feet plus a large lanai. The condo is comfortably furnished, located on the second floor and has lovely Cathedral ceilings.Both bedrooms and the living room have individual AC units. Each bedroom has a Cal King bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.The condo has all the conveniences of home: wireless internet, flat screen TV’s, a fully equipped kitchen and a full size washer/dryer.On-site are two pool areas with hot tubs and barbecue grills. Close by are several golf courses, the Wailea Tennis Club and the Shops at Wailea. A multitude of restaurants and shopping areas are just down the road in Kihei.Numerous beaches, surf and snorkel spots are found in Makena, Wailea and Kihei all only minutes away by car.A great place to stay for your Maui vacation!Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Hawaii time.
