Swim or put your canoe/kayak in at your private beach.The property borders Grand Lake – the largest natural lake in Colorado – and the North Inlet River that flows into the lake. Just steps away from your front door is the historic Western town of Grand Lake which features restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and a multitude of activities including golf just 3 miles away.In winter, cross country ski, snowshoe or take a short drive to family friendly Ski Granby Ranch ski area or just 30 minutes away is the world class Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas.
