Enjoy coffee in the morning on the private balcony or meet your neighbors on the shared roof top deck!This condo features one formal bedroom with a queen bed, a loft living/sleeping area, and one and a half bathrooms both on the main level. The loft area also features an unofficial second bedroom with a queen bed and a family room with two futons for additional sleeping space. There are also balconies on both floors with patio furniture and a new gas grill. From the moment you walk into this tastefully “beachy” themed condo, you will feel like you are on vacation!
