Grand Slam Riverhouse – Dog Friendly, Hot Tub, Game Room/Minimum Age RequirementThis property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.Please Note: if you have over 8 guests up to the max occupancy of 10 in your party, your CC on file will be charged an additional $50 plus tax.Mom wants to relax and read a book, dad wants to do some fishing and the kids want a little privacy where they can play games, watch movies and bring their best friend, Fido.
