This ocean view tastefully decorated penthouse has 1,650 square feet and is on the 3rd floor. The spacious ocean view balcony has over 900 square feet of deck. The condo’s location is in the lovely Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach area and is near dining, shopping and entertainment for all your family vacation needs. Free Wireless Internet service. The master suite has a king bed, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The shower and jacuzzi tub are separate and made of exquisite marble. The unit also has another marble bathroom w/shower. Each of the 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV’s/ DVD players and ceiling fans. The living room is very roomy and has a ceiling fan and a large flat screen TV/DVD player and Bose surround sound and Full Sleeper Sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, Jenn Air stove/oven with grill, both Kuerig and regular coffee maker, and a washer/dryer. This unit is dog friendly (with non refundable $175 pet fee) and available year round. There are no elevators and 27 steps to the 3rd floor. Smoking is not permitted. Unit accommodates 8 people. No boats, trailers, golf carts or motorcycles are allowed.
