Tucked between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Area, Grand Timber Lodge is a true luxurious 5-star resort. Located ski-in/ski-out off of the Snowflake Lift, and a short walk from Main Street restaurants and shops, GTL is one of the premier resorts in Breckenridge. Avoid the long lines, gondola rides, and long shuttle rides into town. GTL gives you ski-in/ski-out within walking distance to town (or use the resort’s own free shuttles).Prime Spring Break week! These are the only dates available. This is is our timeshare week and we’re unable to use our studio this year. Our reservation will be transferred to you and you will receive an official reservation confirmation from Grand Timber Lodge. All check-in and management of the unit will be through the Grand Timber Lodge front desk. Upon receiving the confirmation email you will be able to book amenities with the reservation desk and concierge (such as movie theaters, spa, etc).Note: there may be resort fees with Grand Timber Lodge at check-in. These are not included in the rental price, and our rental rate is priced lower to account for this.Check-In: Sunday, March 17th (4pm)Check-Out: Sunday, March 24th (10am)Studio unit – Room amenities include sleeping accommodations for 4 people, with a King-Size bed and sofa-sleeper. The condo includes a kitchenette w/ fridge, stove and dishware, plus all cookware, and a full bathroom.Grand Timber Lodge amenities include a free courtesy shuttle throughout Breck, on-site bar and restaurant, full service spa, numerous indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness center, concierge, BBQ grills, children’s playground, and arcade.I recommend visiting their website for a full listing of features.
