Enjoy the stunning mountain views and experience the summer in the style and luxury of a modern lodge resort. Complete with all the comforts of home but nestled at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort in the White River National Forest, this studio features a kitchenette and full bathroom and sleeps four. Walk outside and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the valley and then get ready for a day of excitement and adventure in the mountains or rejuvenate yourself with a day of rest and relaxation by one of two pools or five hot tubs and the on-sight spa. Finish the night off with a nightcap in the on-sight bar or take the shuttle – or a 15 minute walk – into town and enjoy all that the town has to offer.This is a 5-star resort run by Breckenridge Grand Vacations. The resort boasts multiple pools and hot tubs, as well as a restaurant, arcade room, spa, theater rooms for rent at no cost, fitness center, and the Grand Room – a large, two-story common room with seating areas, a pool table and free fresh-baked cookies every day at 4pm!! The rental comes with covered parking for one car. Each unit is assigned at check-in; all pictures are representative of what your unit will look like. Each studio comes with a queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa; full kitchenette with small fridge and two-burner stovetop; dining area that seats 4; smart TV with cable; full bathroom with towels and soaps.The resort has a free private shuttle that can be reserved for pick-up/drop-off at the resort and designated stops in town. Annual Duck Race on Sunday, Sept 1; Great Divide Art Festival held at Colorado Mountain College Fri-Sun; Lane 8 “This Never Happened” Gathering @ Dillon Reservoir Aug 31 and Sept 1; beautiful mountain weather and amazing hikes**Breckenridge Oktoberfest** Sept 12th – 15th: You haven’t experienced Oktoberfest until you’ve experienced it at 9,600′. Stay for the weekend and enjoy all the activities Oktoberfest in Breckenridge has to offer. With a stay walking distance into town, you won’t need to worry about who’s driving so grab your stein and drink tokens early and start celebrating.Each stay is for the entire duration; there will be a small cleaning fee due to staff having to change over the room before and after your arrival. Minimum age to book is 25 due to resort policies. Once you’ve booked your stay I will contact the resort and have the reservation changed into your name and provide them with your email – you will then receive a confirmation from them and you are free to contact them with any requests that you may need. While there are plenty of winter activities, the summer is where the mountains truly shine. Whether you’re into hiking, biking (both mountain and road/gravel), white water rafting or just relaxing, the town of Breckenridge and the surrounding areas of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorn have it all. Grab a beer at one of several local breweries or pop in to the Breckenridge Distillery for a sample of their small-batch whisky and vodka. Take a scenic drive out of town up route 9 and hit some of the best hiking trails available or grab a paddleboard and hit the Dillon Reservoir for some incredible mountain views from the water.
