First floor has direct lake walkout access 40 feet from lake shore. Pool table recreation room with bar. Private cozy TV room that could be used as extra sleeping quarters if needed. Front lawn with fire pit for hanging out and watching lake activities. Lake house is 7.1 miles to downtown Greenville and in the heart of 4 season recreational activities.
