The Grape House has an open floor plan, spacious 400 square foot private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer. It is located walking distance from Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square. Bright & Cheary with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate with off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk.
