Park in driveway or in the two in-garage spots available with two provided garage door openers. Third garage spot is reserved for owner’s stored and covered car. No RV parking.- No events, parties or large gatherings- NO PETS: unfortunately, due to our extreme allergies and guest preference, we cannot accept pets of any kind.
