Spacious glass enclosed sunroom patio with dining area and ceiling fan. Large yard with deck and gas grill. Ready to move in. All cookware, linens, cable tv, and wifi provided. Kayaks, bikes and board games are available. 2 min walk to home’s private beach and 5 min drive to scenic downtown Madison. Monthly rental is preferred. Available January-June.
