The 5 bedrooms of the home (including the three en suites), the hallway bathroom, the playroom and the laundry room are all located near one another down the hallway off of the kitchen. You can access the back yard — including private pool and sun deck — through the back door in the kitchen. Free off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars.
