This condo is not located on the ocean side of the building, but it does have a lovely view of the ocean and dunes between the two flanking buildings (see photos).Here you can enjoy the convenience of easy beach access while being close to grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. This light, airy condo can sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with separate full bathroom and patio entrance. The second bedroom is roomy and has two twin beds, with a second full bathroom off the hall. The comfortable living room sofas include a queen-size pullout bed (bring your own sheets for the pullout sofa). Flat screen TVs with cable, DVD/VCR, and radio/CD player are available for your entertainment. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. There are even grilling tools in the pantry should you wish to use the outdoor grills. The dining area includes a family-sized table with 6 chairs, as well as bar seating. The patio, located on the breezeway, is a cool and shady spot to enjoy the ocean breezes. When you need a break from salt and sand, walk over to the pool and relax in a lounge chair. Small children will enjoy the shallow children’s pool, and everyone can have fun on the swings or at the basketball hoop in the recreation area. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the entire complex is neat and attractive. Laundry rooms are available to guests, free of charge, and are located on the ground floor.
